## Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next working business day.

## Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch (US domestic)
- Expedited Shipping (optional upgrade): 2–4 business days after dispatch, calculated at checkout
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address for real-time parcel tracking.

## International Shipping
We ship to Canada, UK, Australia and most European countries. International shipping cost & delivery time will auto-calculate on checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country.

## Shipping Exception
We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses temporarily. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact our support via chenliuzhen01@gmail.com within 7 days upon delivery notice for assistance.
